I’ve been looking for a higher resolution scan of this, (edit: yes I already tired GIS, couldn’t find a high enough resolution) or to find out what magazine it came out of so I can do something similar to this:

I was hoping someone randomly knew what magazine it came out of. I know Georgia Tech has an archive and since my student login still works, might see if I can find it online, that is if it's scanned and online, which I doubt.

If you find one, I’m interested in doing the same. I had one, never should have sold it. Interestingly, that 1200 number led to a lawsuit against BMW, because they ended up producing more and some owners had bought them speculatively, hoping to turn a profit due to the promised rarity.
